Wow, such a wonderful evening last night. The most mindful swim of my life earlier in the evening with the play of light on the water. Soulful drumming and joyful dancing. Such beautiful people. Thank you dear Sharon!

Dear, wonderful Sharon. I just have to thank you again for organising last night. It was sublime beyond words. As someone said last night; a "love-gasm"" of the heart! Such a blissful connection to Presence through music and all the beautiful beings there. And what was equally priceless was to experience it with my dearest friends. Thank you everyone for being in my life. You make it so very blessed.

It's been a wonderful two months that has flown by. Lots of quality time with the family. Some great outings and swims at the beach and Silvermine. A fabulous roadtrip. to Sedgefield. And I even managed to get plenty of work done.
After a wonderful visit with Russell's dad and Kobus in Sea Point, I walked to Clifton. I adore Clifton; it epitomises Cape Town and its beauty for me. I lazed on the beach and walked from 1st beach to 4th beach, enjoying the nubile sights, before the others arrived. Mary-Ann and I had a very bracing dunk in. So invigorating!
The final scene of Arrival reveals its quiet, devastating beauty in a single act of acceptance: Louise steps fully into a life she knows will end in loss. Armed with foreknowledge, she does not attempt to avoid pain but chooses love anyway, embracing joy and grief as inseparable threads of the same tapestry. The moment reframes time not as something to control or escape, but as something to inhabit completely—suggesting that a finite love, precisely because it ends, is not diminished but made immeasurably precious.
Heather and I had a great catch up and a nice lunch at a local restaurant. We then went for a shady walk in The Contantia Green Belt to escape the heat.
