Dee Why to Collaroy with the girls

We meant to walk from Dee Why to Manly but their was an organised walk on the go and hundreds of others on the path. So we left the path and walked to Collaroy instead. Much more peaceful and very scenic too.

Lydia's birthday lunch

A delicious birthday lunch with Lydia and her friends, some of who I hadn't met before. A lovely group of people.

Coogee for a stroll and swim with Shushann and Lydia

Always lovely to visit Shushann.  The hot weather was cooling down but we still decided to go for a swim which was invigorating.  After a while, impressive storm clouds appeared on the horizon. Stunning they were.

An invigorating swim

Seeing in the New Year (2023)

A wonderful, spontaneous New Year's party at my place.  My home really is in the perfect location for New Year in Sydney.  We met up here for a lovely dinner. Then, we ambled to Larkin Street where I had pitched a tent earlier and so we had some space and a lovely view to enjoy the 9 pm fireworks. We returned to my place for Elna's delicious trifle and dancing.  Then back to the fireworks for a spectacular midnight display.  A very special way to see in 2023.

Nice to be a kid again!

A frolic of a time with Xenia, Shushann and Lydia at the Milson's Point Park after some lunch.

A walk from Newport Beach to Whale Beach with Sharon, Elwin, Lydia, Shushann and Anush

A beautiful walk that I'd never done before on a gorgeous sunny day after all the rain with some of my favourite people in the world.  A lovely existential discussion with Elwin at lunch and delicious grilled barramundi.  I finished the walk with an invigorating swim on Whale Beach. As Sharon says so beautifully "Life is good!"
