Flight to Cape Town

A 26 hour journey from Sydney to Cape Town on Singapore Airline. I was delighted to have three seats to myself for 2 of the 3 legs. Wonderful!

Blissfully reunited with Jo

Delicious gammon lunch

Mum made a delicious lunch of gammon with mustard sauce and banana ice cream.  We had it at Jo and Ant's place.

Fish Hoek sunrise, walk and swim

A glorious sunrise, walk and swim at Fish Hoek Beach  followed by a hot cup of tea and a ginger biscuit. Life is good!

St James for walk and pizza

A short but lovely walk to St James with Jo, Ant, Leanne and Steve for a delicious chorizo and pineapple pizza.

Llandudno for Jo's birthday

My favourite beach for sunsets. I arrived with Russell just in time for sunset as I had tea with Joanna before. As usual, the sunset did not disappoint. Bridgette, Mandy and Wendy were there with their partners as well as Antony, Sam and Kim.

Constantia Nek to Kirstenbosch

As part of her birthday activities, Jo and I met up with her girlfriends for a walk from Constantia Nek to Kirstenbosch. It was the most beautiful, warm day. After the walk, Jo and I shared scones and apple pie. Yum!
