I love Batman movies because they inhabit a darker, more psychologically complex world than most superhero films. Christopher Nolan’s trilogy captures this perfectly, turning Gotham into a place filled with corruption, fear and moral uncertainty, while still making Batman feel heroic. I love the Batmobile, the gadgets, the armour and all the incredible technology, but it is Bruce Wayne’s inner conflict that gives the films real depth: a damaged man trying to turn his pain into something meaningful. Heath Ledger’s Joker is unforgettable—chaotic, terrifying, darkly funny and completely unpredictable—and his battle with Batman feels like a clash between order and anarchy. The great villains, epic action, atmospheric music and serious themes make Nolan’s Batman films feel less like conventional superhero movies and more like powerful crime dramas.

Spider-man
Spider-Man has always been the superhero I've connected with most. I love that beneath all the spectacular action, his stories are really about growing up, making mistakes, falling in love and trying to do the right thing even when life is incredibly difficult. The romance has always been a big part of the appeal for me too, giving the films a warmth and emotional depth that many superhero stories lack. And I'll never get tired of the fantasy of swinging between towering city buildings—it looks like the ultimate feeling of freedom. On top of all that, Spider-Man has some of the greatest villains ever created. Characters like Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus and Venom are memorable not just because they're powerful, but because they challenge Peter Parker in deeply personal ways.
