Cape Town Gardens and surrounds

After visiting the cathedral, I went for a stroll in the nearby gardens. Very restful and some great statues in the gardens and nearby.

Classic cars, Wendy's Secret Garden and Luna Park

A fun morning exploring some new and familiar haunts with my Photography Meetup group. 

Classic cars

Lots of beautiful classic cars at a showroom near where me met for coffee at the start of the morning. Some of the cars were over a million dollars!

Wendy's Secret Garden

Wendy's Secret Garden, nestled in Lavender Bay, is a lush, hidden sanctuary created by Wendy Whiteley, the wife of Australian artist Brett Whiteley. Transformed from neglected land into a vibrant public oasis, this whimsical garden is filled with winding paths, sculptures, native flora, and exotic plants. It's one of my favourite places in all of Sydney.

Luna Park

Luna Park is an iconic amusement park on Sydney Harbour, known for its historic rides, carnival atmosphere, and the large, smiling entrance face. Originally opened in 1935, it offers family-friendly entertainment, classic roller coasters, games, and stunning waterfront views, making it a beloved Sydney landmark.
