On the way home from Bobbin Head today, I saw a football match being played and decided to take some photos. I've never photoed a football match before and all I can say is its bloody difficult! Anyway, here are some of the results.

Sydney is in the midst of a fantastic lights festival which has trasformed the whole Circular Quay area and beyond. Huge multi-coloured lights are projected onto famous buildings like the Opera House and Museum of Contemporary Art and the lights and patterns change every few minutes. It's the biggest lights festival in the southern hemisphere and is seriously impressive - and, of course, great to photograph! Enjoy the colours below but better put on shades first...

I went to Taronga Zoo again with North Sydney Camera Club today. The baby chimp was adorable and I got to take my first decent photos of a Koala (they are normally asleep) and Snow Leopard (usually hiding). I was happy with the photo of the Meerkat looking up - very cute he was. All in all, a good day...
