Poppa George and Nana Win
I am really chuffed that the information on Pappa George and Nana Win (Gramp's parents) has become a lot more comprehensive thanks to Trish who sent a whole stack of her memories of her relationship with these two special people. Thanks again so much, Trish!!

La Perouse
Located on the northern side of Botany Bay, La Perouse was named after Le Compte de Laperouse, a French explorer who arrived here in 1788. It is notable for its old military outpost at Bare Island and the Botany Bay National Park. It is very popular with scuba divers.
For photographers, it has a photogenic "castle like" structure which creates some nice photos. What impressed me most, though, were the amazing rock formations with beautiful colours. It is not surprising that La Perouse is popular with wedding photographers. I spent a very pleasant Sunday afternoon here, aided by the fact there was an ice cream truck selling double chocolate dipped nutty soft serve delights.
