A lovely lunch with Michelle and Shushann followed by a stroll to the ocean. It was pretty cold so we chickened out on our intended swim. There was a brave soul in the pool, putting our wimpyness to shame!
I met up for a relaxed meal with Gavin and Srini at Darling Harbour. The three amigos. I snapped these photos on the way home. Amazing how you don't need a tripod for night shots with the i-phone.
The building next door is going up at a rapid rate. I've mostly made peace with it now that I know it won't create much shading on my balcony. It will effect privacy (no more nude sunbathing!) but nothing that a screen can't fix. Here are some photos of how it will look and the construction going on.
I've decided its finally time to explore some of Sydney's museums and art galleries! There's a lot on offer here. It was a fun morning exploring some very eclectic art exhibits. Art in the museum I liked
I especially loved this artwork. Pieces of wood picked up on the beach, sculpted by nature into the shape of little animals. Amazing idea and beautiful.
