Notes
- Meditation is becoming such an integral part of my day.
- 2 sessions per day in the morning after work sessions. My 1st session normally 20 mins, 2nd session up to 30 mins. Later in the year, sometimes a 3rd session after clearing and sweeping my room and downstairs.
- Some short mediations with Xenia at Balls Head on a Friday.
- I was under some severe stress due to house issues (apparent leaks). Meditation was an invaluable tool for coping.
