Easter in Cape Town

Thanks for sending the photos, mum. Hope too that the salmon was delicious. Unfortuntely Picasa has cropped poor Jo when generating the collage - but the photos are brilliant. It's great that Robyn could join the festivities - it was good to talk to everyone on the phone. Hope that Anthony's work goes well and finishes on time. Horrible to have to work through Easter.

Hi Guys

Hope you had a fantastic day yesterday. We really enjoyed our braai and we even had a few light showers which was really welcome. Great to hear your voice G on the phone. Today we went to the Rusconi's for a lovely breakfast. Got to catch up with Julian and Marcela and the kids which was great.

Sorry that G hogged the phone and I did not get to wish you a Happy Easter! Did you try the spinning class? The excitement must be building for the wedding - hope it is all going well. Did Sammy get her fish in the post? Love to you all :)

We had a cool time - feeling more relaxed. Hope the showers continue - i know how much you need the rain. You're welcome to some of ours here in the UK! Must have been nice seeing the Rusconis. I associate them so much with childhood - especially swimming in their pool. Must be great to have the next generation part of it now too. Give Sam and Matthew a squeeze from me. / G

Hello G&A

Thought you might to hear about Sammy's little gem of Easter Sunday. Jo was trying to persuade Sammy to leave some of her sweets for the next day. Quick as a flash Sammy came back with the comments that there sweets were 'magic' ones and the magic would not work the next day.

What a wonderfully inventive little girl!! Must take after her uncle - any excuse to eat it all NOW!
