AfrikaBurn’s art installations are large-scale, often interactive structures built in the Tankwa Karoo desert. Made from wood, metal, and recycled materials, they reflect themes of community, curiosity, and impermanence. Many installations are burned at the end of the event, symbolizing transformation and letting go.
